The most remarkable rock band In Japan.
Their musical origins come from such as Blues, Jazz, Classic, World Music, House, Grunge, etc., and many artists all over the world, such as Ben Harper, Roger Joseph Manning Jr., and El Presidente admire their musical talents. 17 EP and 6 original album have been released since their 10 years activity and now they are much talked about as the greatest rock band In Japan.

¡Biography
Quruli was formed in 1996 by Shigeru Kishida, Masashi Sato, and Nobuyuki Mori. They were one of the members of music club at Ritsumeikan University, and that was how they got in touch with each other. On January 1997, they released a demo EP (1000 copies) from Bad News Records, and it was immediately sold out in that year. Feedback of demo EP was so great and shortly after, they came to attention on Japanese Rock scene. On May 1998, they released their first mini-album gFandelierh and they released their first EP gTokyoh from Speedstar Records in Victor Entertainment on October. They have released 17 EPs and 6 albums so far, and today they come under the spotlight of Japanese Rock Scene. A new guitarist, Tasshin Omura joined them in 2001 and Nobuyuki Mori left the band in 2002. On March of the year, they played on the stage of SXSW for the first time, and went on a Japan tour where they played in 45 halls (incl. Nippon Budokan) from April to July. On October 2004, Christopher McGuire (Drums) left the band. Shigeru and Masashi formed their outside project, SINGER SONGER with a female vocalist, Cocco in 2005.
On July 2006, they released gThe Best of Quruli / Tower of Music Lover for the anniversary of their 10-year activity. That album recorded the third class of Oricon chart, the most reliable music chart company in Japan. In the end of 2006 Tasshin Omura (Guitar) left the band.
In 2007, Quruli went to Vienna, Austria for recording, which was first time for musicians in Japan. The 18th EP gJUBILEE came out on May and 7th full-album gTanz Walzerh on June 27th. This album attempted the fusion of classical and rock music. On September 23rd, they organized gKyoto Music Festival In Umekoji Koenh the first outdoor music festival ever in Kyoto, and it ended in a triumph. The first live album which was recorded at Taku Taku in Kyoto and Pacifico Yokohama (w/ Ambassade Orchester Wien) on December is on the street on February in 2008.
Consistently, they released the second live clips called "Yokohama Wiener" and a book "Omoide Qurulin" which is compiled the memories of their fans. This year, they is going to devote themselves in a tour and summer music festivals, and Kyoto Music Expo.
